At Sophie Costco Next, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty experience, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all eligible skincare and cosmetic products. Items must be returned in their original packaging to ensure a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Sophie Costco Next account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the unused beauty products in their original boxes, ensuring all protective seals and promotional inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited back to your original Costco-linked payment method.
